METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott reservations at 1 (800) 228-9290 on or before Friday June 19, 2009 ( the "Cut-off Date"). Please identify yourselves as being part of the Friends and Supporters of Liberian Basketball (FSLB) group staying at the Bethesda Marriott. At the Cut-Off Date the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Friends and Supporters of Liberian Basketball (FSLB) group rate after this date.

The Courtyard Silver Spring North Hotel will provide 10 rooms as shown below:

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott reservations at 1 (800) 321-2211 or (301) 680-8500 on or before Friday, June 19, 2009, (the "Cut-Off Date"). When making reservations by phone (301) 680-8500), guests can ask for the " Friends and Supporters of Liberian Basketball (FSLB)- Room Block " or refer to the 7-letter group code(s) listed below for the room type they are requesting. They can also make reservations online at www.marriott.com/wasss. To make reservations on the hotel's website they will need to enter the following codes in the group code box. Code: FSLFSLA - 1 King Bed Friends and Supporters of Liberian Basketball (FSLB) Room Block ; Code: FSLFSLB - 2 Queen Beds. At the Cut-Off Date, the hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Friends and Supporters of Liberian Basketball (FSLB) group rate after this date.

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott has studio suites available at a special rate of $63.20 (regular rate is $79.00) however, they would not block off a block of rooms. Individuals need to call (301) 590-2300 or (800) 321-2211 to book their room and provide a credit card number to hold the room. We suggest booking your reservation as quickly as possible to guarantee the rate quoted.
